Curbside Pickup to start June 15!

Contact-less delivery services will be available at the Southworth Library parking lot off Library Street starting June 15, 2020. Use your library card to put items on hold on our online catalog (or call us for help) When your items come in, we’ll call you and assign an time and parking spot. Once you notify the library of your arrival, items placed on hold will be delivered to your car in a non-returnable plastic bag.  If you walked, items will be placed on the delivery table outside for your pickup.  Please observe social distancing rules at all times on library property

  • Please return items to the library where you checked them out
  • Procedure
    • Place hold requests using the library catalog or by phone (844-4782)
    • We will call you when your holds are ready to be picked up. You may not get all of your hold items at one time if they are not available
    • Items will be checked out on the card that was used to place the holds
    • Call us at 844-4782 when you arrive and we will bring your items out to you!
  • All returns must be put in the outside book drop bin
  • You can check out a bag of pre-selected items using the materials request form on our website –coming soon!
  • Holds on our New Adult Fiction selections will be limited to 3 at a time during curbside services
  • Our hours for pick up will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm- 7pm and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10am – 2pm.
  • Phone assistance will be available one hour prior to opening. Email requests are also available.
  • Please observe social distancing and mask guidelines on library property.
