Diary of a Wimpy Kid Book Club

The Diary of a Wimpy Kid Book Club starts Tuesday, October 3 with the first book in the series:

Filled with laugh-out-loud hilarious text and cartoons, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series follows Greg Heffley as he records the daily trials and triumphs of friendship, family life and middle school where undersized weaklings have to share the hallways with kids who are taller, meaner and already shaving!

The club will meet once a month on the first Tuesday of the month from 3:30 – 5 for discussion, drawing and shenanigans (from Jeff Kinney’s website)!  Registration is required here (space is limited) for the free copy of the book to be picked up at the library, compliments of the Rosen Library Fund of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County. Kids are expected to complete the reading before they come to the book club meeting.
