Teen Summer Reading 2021

Join us under the tent in the library front yard every Friday from 1-3pm from July 9 – August 20 for book clubs, art projects, board and card games, snacks, and just to hang out!

Starting June 19, every time that you check out an item from the library, make sure to ask for a Teen Summer Reading scratch-off book mark. Win a book, some candy, or a mystery prize!

Manga Club at 1pm

Read, discuss and draw! Join us for one, two, or all three manga discussions under the tent this summer on select Fridays at 1pm! Participants will receive a book, a sketchpad and markers. This book club is geared towards younger teens, but anyone in grades 6-12 is welcome. Space is limited, so sign up here.

July 23 – Drifting Dragons – written and illustrated by Taku Kuwabara 

August 6 – Snow White with the Red Hair – written by Sorata Akizuki
