Compost is great for your garden and house plants. But what do you do if composting outside is difficult? Have a bin under your kitchen sink for your food scraps! Come to the library to learn all about composting in bins with worms. Adam Michaelides and Master Composters from Cornell Cooperative Extension – Tompkins County will teach us how. Have you heard about the new trendy reading groups where people gather to read silently? We’ll meet after hours at the library, spend some time getting snacks, and grab a book from our pile to keep. Then find a cozy seat and read in a room with other readers, no conversation required!
You can pick up a free copy of The Glass Château by Stephen Kiernan or you can bring your own book to read.
This book group book is appropriate for ages 16+. Light refreshments will be served.
