• Family Storytime – Monthly programs designed for multi-generational  family engagement. Author visits, Families Learning Science Together, special presentations and storytimes. There’s something different every month! This free program is made possible through generous grant funds provided by the Shirley and Bernard Carl Rosen Library Fund of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County.
  • Family Reading and Discussion Group –Meets twice a month from January through March with other 8 to 12 year olds and their families.  Explore award winning children’s literature through thematic activities, discussion and dinner.  This program is made possible by Humanities NY.
  • Family Read Aloud- Explore award winning children’s literature with other families! Professional narrator Greg Tremblay  introduces and reads the book as families enjoy activities together.  Each family will receive a free copy of the book to keep and continue reading at home.  This program is made possible through a generous grant from the Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund.
  • Tremendous Tuesdays Summer Programs-During the summer. Weekly family programs delight and entertain with puppet shows, traveling theater troupes, artists, animals, entertainers and more.
