The Southworth Library Board of Trustees is responsible for the policies and governance of the Southworth Library Association.
The Board of Trustees is comprised of:

- Randall Stewart, Vice President
- Paul Streeter, Treasurer
- Bambi Avery, Secretary
- Brenda Carpenter, Trustee
- Charles Dardia, Trustee
- Clinton Brooks, Trustee
- MaryEllen Rumsey, Trustee Emeritus
The Board meets every other month at the library. The 2024 meeting schedule:
- Thursday, January 25 at 6pm
- Monday, March 18 at 6 pm
- Thursday, May 30 at 6 pm
- Monday, August 5 at 6 pm
