Guitarist and folklorist Liam Lawson will perform his new arrangements of traditional Shaker songs and discuss the rich history of Shaker music in this free concert at the library on Thursday, March 20 at 7pm.
Liam will also perform his original compositions, including pieces from his newest EP, “The Bellows”. There will be time for audience Q & A and discussion at the end. Lawson is a professional composer and multi-instrumentalist who performs across the American northeast. He is also a music educator and an amateur ethnomusicologist.
