Books, Beer and Baking – Thursday, September 17th at 6pm at Hopshire Farm & Brewery

Check out some books about beer, wine, baking and by local authors with Southworth Library starting at 6pm.  At 7pm Join award-winning pastry chef Marion Ferrer as she explores the science, history and creativity of baking with craft beer. Discover how beer transforms breads, cakes, cookies and desserts through flavor, aroma, color and chemistry. Enjoy some delicious samples too!
