Fiction Addiction Teen Reading Challenge

Can you read 100 hours in one school year?  Southworth Library’s Fiction Addiction is on!

Here’s how it works:

  • Pick up/print off your Fiction Addiction Teen Challenge sheet (available at the Library)
  • Color in a circle for every half hour that you read*
  • Every 25 hours that you read, bring your sheet to the library to pick a prize!  Claim prizes from awesome local businesses including Corner Brew, Dryden Creamery, Protagonist, or a book from the library!  

Remember that your library card gives you access to Libby (eBooks & AudioBooks) and all 33 libraries within the Finger Lakes Library System.

Open to all 6th – 12th grade students during the 2026-2027 school year. 

*Reading with a physical book, eBook or AudioBook count toward this reading challenge.  You’re welcome to read what you like, it does not have to be fiction.
